Metal Surface Treatments – Premium Protection and Finish for Your Products
We offer complete services in metal surface treatments – from powder and wet coating to hot-dip and electro-galvanizing. These treatments enhance durability, corrosion resistance, and appearance of your products, whether it is a single part, welded structure, or serial production.
Types of surface treatments:
- Powder Coating – An eco-friendly and highly durable process, using electrostatic powder application and oven curing. Results in a smooth, tough, and color-stable finish, available in a wide range of RAL shades.
- Wet Coating – Traditional method of liquid paint application, ideal for complex shapes, cavities, or parts with special requirements (such as anti-corrosion primer layers).
- Hot-Dip Galvanizing – Dipping steel parts into molten zinc creates a thick, corrosion-resistant layer, perfect for outdoor environments and heavy-duty applications.
- Electro-Galvanizing – An electrochemical process that creates a thin zinc layer on the surface, ideal for small parts and serial production requiring high precision and a fine finish.
Powder coating technology process:
- Spray Pre-treatment – Cleaning and phosphating in a wash tunnel using demineralized water and wastewater neutralization.
- Oven Drying – Thorough drying by hot air circulation (usually 90–120°C).
- Powder Application – Electrostatic automatic spray guns, with manual touch-up for complex shapes and cavities.
- Curing – Powder is baked at approx. 200°C for a uniform, durable finish. Automated safety and fire protection.
- Cooling – Natural cooling on the conveyor before handling.
Advantages of our surface treatments:
- Wide selection of colors and finishes (gloss, matte, texture, etc.)
- Excellent mechanical and chemical resistance
- Long-term protection against corrosion and weather
- Possible combination of treatments upon request
- Efficient and environmentally friendly technologies
