Statement on the Implementation of the EU Whistleblowing Directive

In accordance with EU Directive No. 2019/1937 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law and Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, our company has established an internal reporting system to ensure compliance with legal obligations.

Whistleblowers can submit reports through the following channels:

In person – to Marcela Valová (HR Department)
In writing – to the company address: tř. T. Bati 1649, 76502 Otrokovice, with the envelope marked “DO NOT OPEN – Whistleblowing”
Electronically (anonymously) – via contact form to whistleblowing@avexproducts.com (employees only)
Electronically – via email to whistleblowing@avexproducts.com

Confidentiality and protection of whistleblowers are guaranteed in accordance with legal regulations.
